I think a list/page of all the channels on ScenesFeed would be a good thing to have, making it easier to locate some one,

most ppl just care about how many subscribers they have, that on its own would be the first thing to accomplish.
even a number count of them on the home page would work with out displaying avatars.

I dont think you should put so much work into activity...if ppl want to know what you are doing they just have to visit your page, they dont need to know who if you upload a vid they will see it anyway and they dont need to see who you are friends with, 90% of the ppl here are friends anyway. but if you have to do it, make it as simple for yourself as possible, the inbox for everything seems to be the quickest and easiest way to do it
