Serbia can not get into E.U because of their role in the Yugoslav wars and not recognizing the rebel province known as Kosovo(when Kosovo Albanians by their actions are abandoning Kosovo by leaving.there are even empty villages in Kosovo and I am not talking about Kosovo Serb villages)

Yeah I know about the E.U citizenship ordeal.that is why most Brazilians in Portugal left after Portugal joined the E.U to richer E.U nations.thats why many Hong Kongers and Goanese left en masse to E.U nations(not sure about post Brexit Hong Kongers but pre Brexit many took British passports and left)

I know Italy doesn’t have dual citizenship.i wonder if my grandfather being a fascist collaborator would be a loophole in me getting documentation quicker cause I vaguely remember my half sister got documents to live in Italy through that loophole but that was a long ass time ago
