sounds like bullshit to me ~~~ their press release stated that one of the participating states was having trouble processing their sales. I always wanted one of the balls to break open, when they draw it LIVE ~~~ and see a magnet pop out and the person doing the draw have that I Just Got Fucked look on their face. HA!
