I see Monty is pushing a false narrative relative to what happened in Texas. I guess the big question are all the media outlets speculating as to why law enforcement stood down so long. That I cannot explain nor why the school was so easy to access. Most of the protocol on standing down either relates to a possible hostage standoff or the tactical team worrying about the shooter having planted any explosive devices.
