I was gonna have a drink with my sister but I called it off. Can't be arsed drinking tonight.

The author Stuart Turton did a very good job, in a small space, describing Widnes and what it was like to live there. For all their pretending about having money, blah blah blah, this is where Alex and his family came from. I can see why one of the local yokels would go after Alex, wanting to beat the shit out of him.

Ha! Yes I woke up wrecked. I could have slept for another 3 hours but it was 3pm. I needed to get out of bed : )
