Authorities confirm a plane has crashed near UPS Worldport, close to Grade Lane and Fern Valley Road, not far from the Ford Louisville Assembly Plant.

LMPD reports injuries, and witnesses described hearing an explosion before seeing a massive column of smoke rise near the airport.
