If you watch that video, you can hear a girl ask more than once about the seatbelts. Supposedly, he was a big kid and the harness could possibly have to be adjusted for a person’s size. You’d think someone would be checking everyone’s harness. But they say hindsight is 20-20. OFF to watch some college hockey (NCAA tournament).
