I just thought, you have many videos uploaded (ok they are not yours), but still, you put some a lot of time into searching them and uploading them.
For example in your profile channel views are before videos views and shit like that, probably should change.
Not removing channel views (like youtube google and others), but just making it a little bit less important than channel views.
To balance video sharing and social parts.
