Just finished watching it. I remember everyone at the time saying that Moat was a hero. From what I can gather he was well liked by a lot of people in Newcastle? I don't believe a fucking word the BBC says, and they even admitted in their disclaimer at the start that some of the story was fictionalised? Why would they do that? Fucking lying media scumbags! It was like the hatchet job they did on Kenny Noye when he stabbed that cunt on the motorway? They just wanted to get him because he'd stabbed a pig in self defence in his garden, many years earlier! They done the same with my brother, but on a smaller scale. He was surrounded by 4 people on a bus and they started smashing him with all sorts of weapons, when he pulled out a knife and started stabbing them in self-defence, he became the aggressor. The local media ran reports that basically guaranteed his jail sentence. Scummy journalist cunts, and scummy fucking pigs!
