So i just spent 2 fucking hourse. Not to mention waiting for their sorry asses to show up to look at the place and the wife defaulted on a $371,000 loan i don't know WTF could had cause her to accrued that debt and the black dude credit score was only 520 cause he had no credit. likely cause he filed bankruptcy and it just clear so fuck me. I'm not renting to black dudes even if their wives are asians. Their credits always suck.

And i told them from the getgo what the requirements were the black dude said he ios this big security for Tech but the wife had defaulted on student loans but she was now current but but her credit score was only 580 . And his credit score was 679 which is good. oh they have 3 little dogs. So it's a lot but they offer to give me 10k up front as security for the low credit of the wife so I'm ok i could use the money.

So get this shit. I'm broke as fuck . It has been one fucking thing after the other. I practically had to evict someone who de compensated in my property. And it cost me like 10 k in 2 months and it could had cost me much more so i'm lucky. This came down as I had to come up w 50k to put the property all in to solar power so I'm practically paying my bills and mortgage w credit. So to get my self out of this hole I decided to move in to the cottage that empty up and put my house for rent at 4k per month which is a good deal but the problem is that I have 5 dogs now in the property and legally i'm only allow to have 3. So the the tenant can't have any pets so it has been hard to rent the place cause most people that want to pay that money want to have pets otherwise they will stay in an apt. I lower the rent to 3.5 k w good credit and rental history . I tell people from the getgo and I don't discriminate i dont care what color you are and what kind of shady shit you have dpne in the past . credit score got to be at least 675 which is ok mine is 820 which is perfect. These black asian couple came today w theri kid .. .
