Popeye's . They used to have a fried fish and shrimps selection, it was so good. and then there was the chicken, they also had great dipping sauce selection. . There was only one Popeye's and like 30 KFC. Popeye's was privately own back on the day while KFC has been a chain for a very long time. But even when i was in college everyone knew to stay away from that food and soda. That it was going to kill us if we eat it. No , actually i could totally had gotten away w it if it wasn't cause someone snitched on me. As I said , If probably i was going to build a house in a empty lot .. It's not like i live in the outbacks. The city counsel are not looking cause the reality is that housing is so expensive here that they know that if the look they probably would be displacing a tenant per say that is renting an illegal unit cause ultimate it would fuck the tenant up. Unless someone snitches on you. Then there is nothing that anyone can do. The city told me hey you can go head and hire an architect to approve all this and get all new set of permits as a living dwealing not to put the pianos in but by then it would had been too expensive cause I would had had to build a new foundation to code for that sort of building. No the city counsel is not like f fucking Nazi like Baloo. They usually leave your ass along unless you are doing something totally crazy or in my case someone snitch . and they told me they felt bad but that once someone places a complaint they have to follow up. And they have to follow the guidelines. So even thought the foot print of the building it was the same. I needed a perimeter foundation not the pier and post foundation which are use for non residential construction. But other people do it But the city looks the other way unless someone say something . Same here, but I told them that it was going to be a music room which would be like building a shed so I need some permits but i can do the work myself vs having to hire an architect and shit. It would work out because it's at the back end of my property but someone snitch on me. Fucking Karens. Like you. Here is the same. everything from roof to windows and bathroom need a permit which I don't mind getting and paying for . the problem is that then. I need to hire license contractors to do the work and they all want to rip me off . So i decided to get a permit to build a shed myself but i built a cottage w bathroom and kitchen so that was a no go. it sucked. I was going to move in there and rent the main house.
