One of my tenants told me that her sister who lives in the same town we lived just sold her her house for 1 .25 million . She is speculating thank house w the 2 cottages could sell for 2 million. Crazy . So get this I Tod the bank that my house was probably worth1 million so they offered me $150 k for them to own 25% of my house … I honestly told the guy if he was buying me dinner and a drink cause i like getting dine and wine before getting fuck like thst. Fucking crooks . WTF are they thinking that anyone would give up 25% of their houses for 10 % what the house is worth now . Bastards

No . That’s like 150 years old siding . God only knows how old those trees were . I’m sure ancient AF. I had replaced the siding of one of my cottages 6 years ago and the siding has buckled. It sucks cause it wax so much money to replace so I’m going to use the redwood to re do the cottage . Is the wood you are using consider soft or hard ? My house has the original hardwood floor which is now 120 years old . That’s how old the house is now .
