seen a few really big ferel hogs on the side of the road last few weeks , big tusks and about 300 lbs. hit by autos mostly but there are guided hunts for them here . they always get hit at night , strange . they root up the wet ditches so they're easy to find them .

That's a great way of describing it; attachment to your ride. I'm sure that you can get around the taping, sanding etcetera and do it the way you envision it. Here's a short clip ~~~ not sure if you're thinking about a gloss finish or a matte finish, but I can see where the metal might be distracting from the bike's overall look.
