when my kids were in school Id make giant apple pies with just a few TBLS of brown sugar and dots of butter inside. We'd have it for dessert but the leftovers were eaten for breakfast lol They had less sugar than cereal and were getting fruit and crust along with their eggs and bacon, they used to love it. Its doesnt have to be super sweet when you use sweet apples to start with.

Id love to see you cooking up a storm on that stove, Id watch for sure. You have to chat too so we can hear your accent. ;)
