one of my tenants , Olivia just came back from Japan, she was doing a bike race there. Then last week she was competing somewhere around here and she got run over by a car. man, that's pretty good that she takes care of herself. I'm telling you I know so many people that are dealing w their parents getting old and having to care for them. It can be tough. I have this friend couple that put their 79 years dad in a skill nursing facility. These places are horrific. Thats practically the only choice for people who don't have family to care after them. I'll die a 100 deaths than having to go to one of those places. Anyway, he lasted like 4 months there and fe finely passed and I went to his funeral on Saturday. They had an open casket services and he looked bad. Anyway, it's good that you get to spend some time w her. But yeah the dog thing will get to me too. Does she decorates her house?

Whats going on w your kids and your mum? who takes care of her? Are you going to stay w her for the holidays? I haven't talked to my mum in several years. I had planned never to talk to her again after dad passing and then she called me out of the blue this year. Man, she is nuts. I flying to check on her next year. Yes , it looks really nice. Man, you are kind of an old man. cycle accidents can be horrific and really you don't want to fuck yourself up like that.
