alright i calm down it has been a rough day for me for quite awhile i am amused when someone comment like me many times in a row. neds baloo sierra who else does this.. even mrcranky make fewer comment or 1 per channel to nag for fun and to get attention.

I was surprised they even carried american wagyu tbh. We dont provide the care for the cattle the Japanese do. The pics arent even close to the marbling of the japanese A5. But i wanted to try it so i checked it out. Theyre thin and half the weight, but for those prices i want a 2 pounder. lol Im still bookmarking that website tho, Ive been wanting to try one for awhile now.

that reminds me I looked up the wagyu website in japan to see what it would cost to buy a few. The cheapest A5 (japanese not US cattle) was 130.00 for one 10oz NY steak lol, not even a pound. The ribeye was more like 180.00.
