That is a very good age for bred dogs. We Germans like the German Shepherd, and the German Shepherd is very similar to the wolf and therefore does not have as many diseases as the German Dachshund. The Great Dane is also very susceptible to diseases and very stupid ^^ - Great Danes are said to have often killed children in noble families ;) no character!
