You can make a lot of money with real estate, that sounds interesting. You just have to have a basis first to protect yourself. A wrong plot can be your ruin! Build it up slowly, otherwise you'll quickly be at the bottom and won't be able to get up, step by step. Australia also has a lot to give, I like watching the TV series.
