Thats your pad in sydney? that's a monster house. How big is it? I thought I had a big house.. I mean It's big for SF but small for other places like texas. I think the problem w metal roofing is that it get so fucking hot and that global warming, more expensive to cool down in the summer and heat in the winter? It looks fine in such a big house you probably can't get o see the roof but w smaller homes it's all about detail and fuck ups are so much more noticeable. Which house is that? and what kind of roofing. We have very limitted roofing types in the USA . I was reading how some houses survived the Hawaii fire because they had metal roofing , that is not common at all in califa. We mostly got shingle roofing. Some mediteranian syles home got thoes teracotta tile roofing which are beautiful but not common at all.
