I am too busy setting up a new home and new job to be at anything else at the minute but I will have a look at that when I get settled , though some people on here just deserve it

I'm heading out to a night hike 5 miles , it will take me 2 hours. I have vegetable tempura w rice every day for lunch and its making me fat AF. when one gets old everything makes you fat. I used to have rice and beans every day and i gained 20 pounds now I need to loss 25 pounds of pure fat. Some people I know only eat fruits, nothing else. Do you ever fast? it's freaking amazing. I really believe in fasting, specially for toxic people like myself. It cleanses my guts and I usually loss 5 pounds in 3 days. If I can make the 3 days. My work week starts tomorrow and the thought of it makes me want to shit on myself. literally .
