I’m sure is a good spot . I’m keeping my house and moving some of my stuff in to a cottage . Some couple and their father in law are moving in to the main house come November so that’s going to continue paying the mortgage and I will keep packaging the rent from the other 2 cottages. If things don’t work for me in Texas I can drive back and stay in the cottage.

that sound good. I stop eating any meat But I'm down to having some crab or lobster. You know how I have a big party each summer. I have moved it this year to the end of october. I figure I celebrate my bday and the fact that I'm leaving my job and relocating for the next few years. I think i'll serve some crab cakes as appetizers and then some lobsters in batter and lemon sauce over some linguini . We'll see. I don't plan to hold any more of these parties, unless is my wedding .
