I also need to follow up w some of the patients that are being discharged in to the community. I have this lady w advance COPD and she is still smoking 3 packs of cigarettes per day. My eyes began waterings before I entered her room even w a respiratory mask and the smell of the stailed cigarette smoke is so bad. She is probably going to pass in the next few months or so.
