Yes when I stop using drugs and became a vegan i put 25 pounds in 2 months jajajajaja. but now that i'm re programmed my fat ass I loss it all and i'm back hiking hardcore so it's looking better, slowly clamming off the hole i dig myself in to. I'm finally retiring from my job after 20 years of service now. I want to stay 12 more months because recovery and healing are expensive as fuck. I have decided to become an Ayahuasca practitioner so I'm traveling to peru to do some training w a Shamon and learns the ropes. It's all about learning to behold witness to pain and suffering in stillness and then my patients transform it in to love and light. I think it;s a calling now. No drugs No sex, No porn, No alcohol.
