Hmm, well there’s different kinds of gumbo but probs the 2 most popular are chicken & sausage gumbo and and seafood gumbo …it’s kinda like meat & sausage soup that you serve over rice …but with big ass chunks of meat so kinda eats like meat & rice n gravy lol

yes it can be tricky ,if you just put the head down and walk on ,then you look like a little bitch ,but if you stand and look them straight in the eye then that is clearly a challenge to a knife fight ,so what you need is something in the middle a kind of mutual unspoken disrespect for each other manifested as a quick look and look away which if you get it right you can leave them knowing that you would be glad to see them beaten to a pulp ,it takes skill !!
