I think they said they have to inject it with something to make it get hard …the doc said most of the ppl that have that procedure done are very unhappy with the results… they said the male to female procedure is much easier & way more successful than female to male …and then yeah also that have to practically mutilate either their forearm or inner thigh to get the skin graft
