No, I decided not to sell
I made inquiries about the estate agent, the last place he had he was struck off, and dissolved
And tried to charge me nearly 4 grand.
This guy never tried to sell at the highest price, And he knows the person that was going to buy. I do believe he was going to get a huge back hander.
So I'll try another estate agent
