It happened to me. The problem is Sky. If you have a Sky account, Sky is preventing you from signing into Jacobs' site.
They say it is not safe. All I did was complain to Sky.

Was your browser not allowing you to log on? It happened to me for a month, I though Jacob closed the place as I tried on Google and Edge but only go a blank screen saying browser has closed this link
