I know I haven't been here much lately. It's hard to manage a job and a full blown substance use problem. Things are shit, I 'm back seeing patients on wednesday and everyone here is dying from the Delta Varian. It's all shit, I took my 34d booster vaccine yesterday and I feel rough .
