Sigmas are often misperceived as aloof or arrogant, but in reality we're slightly introverted and need permission to come out of our shell, also...small talk bores us easily, so we don't engage in much of it. All this projects an air of smugness that isn't actually there. We also need time alone to recharge, whenever we have been around people for too long.

I sympathize, although I don't suffer from depression I can only imagine how difficult it must be to live with it. I kinda knew for a long time that you did.
