hanging in there. My sleep pattern is flipped around to be up and busy during the coolest hours after midnight. Ive been avoiding these high temps for the last month. But now its cooled down Im still wide awake at 3am and cant sleep lol. I need another month to switch back to regular hours. Hows you?
