I had a cat for a few years never own any dog. Due to car accident left me disabled from back to feet had to give it away.
life has never been the same for me since oct 20 2016.. a paraplegic for life. the only thing i have is my brain and two arm to work with.

We are the same what we eat matter. were they that old or had health issues. dog are suppose to live 25 to 30.. cat same 25 to 30..
not 17 or less. putting pet to sleep is due to health issues. you hate to see them suffer. we human 100 to 120.. 110 should be ideal.

I understand ned for the last few month you have change. 17 years old dog.. have you heard that it dog food which shorten their life span

wow ned im sure this is a very sad week for you,,,, A dog is a mans best friend!

after you morn for a bit maybe you can get a new puppy!
