I thought the acting was very good. But the plot seemed a little far fetched and contrived to me. Gleeson cutting off his fingers? Then Farrell's character escalating things to murder just because Gleeson's character accidentally killed his donkey? Yet we were supposed to believe that they had been great friends? I dunno.....what did you get from the subtext in it?

I think you know I work at an accounting firm & January - April is tax time here in the US, so obv it’s our busy time …January is esp busy trying to prepare for it all …I’ve already had to start working all day on Fridays again & in about 2 weeks gonna have to start working Saturday’s too …ughhh I hate even thinking about it, but the money’s really good & I’m in the process of saving up for my last year of Catholic school tuition (YAY!!) so as much as it absolutely sucks working so much, I try to see it as a blessing ..and that’s not always so easy lol
