the plasterer is no prob...hes staying in the shed at the house cause he got booted outa his place cause the owners r selling it...he rang me n asked if he could rent the shed 4 a month or 2...i just told him 2 stay there n return the favor with the plastering hes still gotta do....

spreading it out has been a good thing $ wise....but covid did put it about a yr behind...plus theres a building boom in the area soaking up all the tradies....the bricky said he could come n have a look at my place in about 6 weeks after i rang him....6 fucking weeks....n who knows how long b4 he could do the actual job.....

builders r a rip off, u only need em cause of stupid council bs....u can get ur home builders lic but its easier 2 get a builder who knows all the pricks on the council 2 deal with em....all builders do is line up tradies n materials up n then add a few grand 2 their bill 4 doing a bit of running around....

ill dump him after the house gets passed by the local council, n theres just stuff like tiling n carpets n other fittings 2 get done....i was doing his job the other week when i got the stairs n solar organized....but i spose he had a legit excuse 4 not having lined them up himself....

well the builder doing the house whos 48 got all the shots....he just got a pacemaker installed....n he plays old boys rugby, ie hes not a fat unfit bastard......
