its not magic at all lol, it's just balancing energy in elements. I never work w dark or occult influence. Its not new age at all. .. its thousands of years old. There was a high rise in down town SF, it was failing badly, ..leasers of the spaces were going broke in their businesses, moving out behind in payments, the owner was losing money, the bank was moving in to take it over. He called in a few feng shui workers to balance the energy in entire building. Within the year every space was leased and it completely turned around./ There are many examples but you'd have to have a bigger perspective.
I charge very little the first visit, I simply remove anything that can be affecting the space or occupants negatively. I dont bring anything to add enhancement. And if they dont see change within the month, then they wont call back, and it didnt cost them much to check it out. Everyone calls back lol, and pay much higher fees for me to return to enhance the environment. It does work but usually only people with understanding of energy go that route.

That's funny that you say she's bipolar, because someone else said that to me over on CS1. I'm beginning to think that she might have been.
