the problem was that:
1) troll/spam content is shown on homepage and indexed by search engines.
2) sensitive users (lets say children or pregnanet women lol) dont know who to block, they dont know each troll account - making it easier for them.
Anyway, this feature stays, but i'll rename "Troll" into "Spammer", and it will apply to trolls who are running numerous accounts and spam too much with them.
Lesson learnt - those complainers will keep complaining no matter what.
