Good morning, Anton. You are correct about the resources that may be available to people in need. Supposedly, HOUSTON is the best city at tackling the homeless conundrum. Their view is to find permanent housing, first and foremost, and then address any of the extenuating circumstances that a specific person may be facing in tis here life. Granted, it's not an easy fix, and others look down upon high as if they'd never be faced with such a dilemma. But it happens, my Good Friend, and I am now testament to its unfolding. Thankfully, they didn't strip me of my ability to lay down words.
