Actually, it's easy to add a new feature, like a list of subscribers with their usernames and so on.
Subscriptions array is almost done too. I guess these will be 2 separate modules which you might move on your channel or hide it, but I think it's too premitive.

I am trying to get a video hardware acceleration working to process videos faster, that's why I reboot server.

As for you wondering why project took so long - 6 years ago I didn't have any work and it was just pre-alpha on a framework I've made on earlier job I've been at, then I left a project for few years - I returned to it again 2 years ago and updated everything here because code got too old, also I transferred project to the better server.
Then year ago with Emily returned once again to make new features, like blocking and fixed video uploading.
And now the new return - but this time it's serious.

I did channels list page. I will improve it later.

For me, it's easier to create a separate page, otherwise I will have to deal with different bugs because activity will be on the same page as inbox.

Also I am thinking to add it to the homepage
Now "Newest" has 2 columns, it will be 1 and nearby "Subscriptions" and there will be activity of people you subscribed to.

Or should it be all in "Inbox" ?

Users activity will be:
- added a video
- commented or liked in a video
- favorited or added to playlist
These can choose too in visibility.
Subscribers will be notified about activity. I am thinking of making notifications element in the main menu.
