A quick update on me: I hit a low point with my health a few weeks ago, struggling with very high blood pressure—likely due to uncontrolled anxiety—low pulse, and severe vertigo. I couldn’t go anywhere for a few weeks and am slowly getting back to normal. I was really concerned about my blood pressure and had an irregular heartbeat, which was pretty scary. This is why I haven’t been able to respond sooner; I needed time to get back on track. For a while, I didn’t even have the energy to get out of bed. Now I am feeling much better.
