You make a good point, Anton ~~~ those who control space might either cement their position as a superpower or make a play at becoming one. My only problem with space is the prospect of being on a ship that breaks down (something that plagues many in real life). Wishing you a fine Tuesday ~~~ enjoy!
Yes, it’s possible that guys like Branson are helping to fuel the race to find humans elsewhere and their sheer bravado will help kickstart that process. Although, egos still play a large part in wanting to accomplish such feats ... with Bezos soon to follow and Elon Musk thrown into the main mix. But I don’t see any cooperation amongst the powers that be and in finding us safely into space. Someday, we’ll have to do so and for survival ~~~ having f*caked up Earth beyond repair. Hope this finds you well, my friend ~~~ enjoy yourself a fine week ahead.
By the way, I meant to say fineries of life not fine ties. I notice this phone and possibly an Apple app attempts to direct the conversation and by indirectly replacing a word for what it assumes was my intent. AI is an incredible concept with unlimited potential, but it will never approach true humanness. There’s no way to simulate a human being’s spontaneous nature and unpredictable qualities.
Forgot to wish you a nice week ahead ~~~ I’m typing with one finger and on an IPhone. It’s cool to be able to do so, but I miss the keyboard and it’s size.
For the most part, men think with their little head (part of the inherent Hunter trait) whilst women seek the fine ties of life and the stability it provides them. I’m not sure if that amounts to a will to survive, but the current Alpha males are no longer muscled brutes ... but men in skinny jeans that continuously acquiesce because their wives control their nutsacks. Hahahahaha! Yeah, thankfully Barron caught some of his Mom’s good looks. I see that Richard Branson soon takes to space ~~~ let us hope and for all mankind that he is successful in his endeavor.
