Heard from him the other day...I've just been outside with the concreter n excavator driver getting ready 2 pour concrete paths down the sides of the house n shed, ie clearing n formwork...plus I got the excavator guy 2 take all the top soil we dug up n used it 2 level the ground out at the back of the house where there's gonna be a garden...got 2 jobs done in 1...n the excavator guy didn't mention anything about wanting more $ 2 do a bit more than he quoted on...actually found a tiler that said he can come n start within a week or so....things r looking up....
