More like comfortable....the place I'm building will only be worth like a bit over a mill or so atm, the average house in Sydney is well over that, more like 2....2 bed apartments go 4 over a mill in nice areas, in the expensive areas they can be 2 or 3 mill....so my 100 acres with the tin ski lodge on it isn't exactly a lifestyle of the rich n famous property, u could pick that or a 2 bedroom apartment in in Sydney 4 the same $....I know what I'd pick, but I got no ties holding me down....the other place with the caravan was under 300k 4 200 acres, but they're a rough 200 acres....so if u combine them with my house in Sydney I'm prob worth about 2 n a half Sydney houses.....not exactly stinkin rich but nicely comfortable.....Aussie $ = about 75 us cents atm....
