The only place I know somewhat near Exeter would be Cornwall (i.e., from the movie BLUE JUICE). I take it that Cardiff would have had him in Wales. Let's hope that when the new academic year begins that he has a good time adjusting to his new home. Anyway, Johnny, your mid to late evening has you hopefully enjoying whatever it is you may do to relax (turding aside, of course). Have a good Tuesday over there, when it finds you. :)

A new Monday soon finds you, my friend ~~~ hope it finds you well. Yeah, I guess Pres. Trump found it easier to take a break in Scotland and dedicate a new 18-hole golf course ~~~ rather than dealing with this ever-present Epstein List which doesn't seem to be going anywhere any time soon.

I was thinking about your son's future landing spot (i.e., Durham) and to further his studies ~~~ being able to immerse himself in and within that storied campus should make for some lasting memories (contacts too). Anyway, Johnny, hope you had a good weekend over there ~~~ ENJOY the last few days of July ~~~ August soon takes over. Here's hoping it's a good one.

Tight arsed? Truth be told, you're being forthright in your concern for the sake of you and your wife ~~~ judicious in your spending, so to speak. It's easy for other people to say that they could or would spend the money, but it is not their money to spend. I was the first person in my immediate family to graduate from college, but I am not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Perhaps, it's just a fortunate happening. My parents weren't able to afford the tuition et al ~~~ everyone always thought sports would pay my way, but it was an academic scholarship that paid the bill. But the answer is NO ~~~ you're just being HONEST with the concern that his future does not come at the expense of your hard-fought-for retirement.

Anyway, Johnny, have a good weekend over there. I see the U.S. President is spending some time @one of his Scottish country clubs.

Let's hope the A+ student enjoys time on that campus which looks like it's situated close to the Northeast coast of England. COOL aside, about them use it as a Harry Potter locale. I take that as a compliment, Johnny. It's an ART and an innate skill; dealing with the delicate minutaie of human dynamics. My mother was a local politician and navigated that landscape with great success. Not so much winning elections but always attempting to keep the peace which is - at its best - a tenuous prospect. How are you, my friend, and how is your Summer going? Any trips planned abroad and to soothe your soul?
