All joking aside, he could have those dead trees removed by planting new ones in their place. I’m sure that he could also request it through the Liverpool City Council and their Tree Preservation Order (TPO) and by having their consent, he could have it done

There is no TPO on the trees at the back, that's why I had them taken down
To remove the stumps would have cost a lot more.
It's the trees in the front that need to be removed before the roots make their way under the house.
I've argued with "HALTON COUNCIL" till I'm blue in the face, they will not bk down, the only option I have is to take them to court
