I think last year I was ill a lot just because i was so depressed w the pandemic then I started doing a lot of drugs almost every days since I could work remotely. So I was always either high or hang over and having respiratory issues , body pain and such, specially when withdrawing . It wasn't the most healthy approach to depression but before I had been healthy but I have always had a depressed personality. Cheers.
