The site needs worldwide promotion and its own brand of advertisers. A network that has its own advertisers is much more powerful than a network that uses ads from other networks. There are very few companies that have their own advertisers. One way to start is to use one of the big ad exchanges which can provide millions of ads. But those ad exchanges are not free they are expensive. They are only free for companies that can serve over 100 million ads a month. This site can use a combination of its own advertisers and multiple ad exchange networks together and all the ads will rotate randomly across the publisher network. There are alot of options.
