I don't do anything else; I just always look for people who have these characteristics. and believe me: they are different. After a short time you find out who a good broker is. they are not deep in their knowledge, but they always know exactly who knows. and these creators, they are not necessarily deep in their knowledge, but they are crazy like world champions; they can create new patterns incredibly quickly.

and the owners are these valuable people who know something really well; But when they are alone, they usually don't find new solutions because they can't handle the instability.

That is, without the excitement and without the disturbance, it becomes very, very difficult.

And so, if you like, you can build intelligent systems whose collective intelligence is greater than the intelligence of the people involved.

I once heard an interesting theory...that for collective intelligence.
three types of people images need to come together.
first the networker who doesn't really know anything in detail, but always knows someone who knows and can connect it. secondly, the creative one, who doesn't have much knowledge, but can think out of the box and do crazy things.
and thirdly, the owner, who can delve deeper and has very deep background knowledge.

I have to say that I'm really very satisfied at the moment.
Today my older sister, who is in a wheelchair, had a great meal in the restaurant with me and my mom. They never had a good relationship and I had prayed that they would become closer. it was a great afternoon.

Tomorrow I have a presentation at church, I'm still preparing.

Yeah, that must have been somewhat surreal to have the roadhouse so quiet ~~~ just you and a few Caspers (the friendly kind of ghosts). Boxing Day is not something that Americans are privy too, but - as you say - it's part of the monarchy that Canada once had a fealty to.
