Sorry about that, Sierra ~~~ yeah, it's funny in a weird way how important a sibling is to us. I am talking for myself and cannot explain how another feels, BUT I think I may have taken his presence or his influence on me for granted. Not that that is a direct offense but thinking along the lines of someone always being there. Like Mackey, he was a heavy equipment operator, but he also worked for a tree company that used to spray the trees in BOSTON with whatever pesticide one treats trees with (e.g., Commonwealth Ave which is tree lined and Harvard University). I know that they had to take a blood test every month and to test certain levels of what may have seeped into their system. My doctor thinks that is where it might have started, but hindsight being 20-20 ... it was, as many cancers are, caught too late. But, I suppose, the better part of him and your sister as well ~~~ that part of them still resonates within us. :)

So any plans for the upcoming LABOR DAY WEEKEND (even though, it's a couple of weeks away)? I'll be in BOSTON, if all goes well. In fact, I'm down there next week to catch a pair of L.A. Dodgers' games (yeah, they come to town ... thanks to interleague play).
