That was a great mashup of Zeppelin and Floyd! Also got a good laugh out of the Whole Lotta Love reaction video. It's always funny watching the younger generation the first time they hear the true legends. They were into it from the first note. Great shares!

I understand why you think The Who are overrated, and I have to agree on many accounts, but there's no question about the songwriting talent and ability of Pete Townsend. I don't care what he's done in his personal life, I only pay attention to the songwriting and the guitar playing and his music speaks for itself. Not everyone is a fan, so I get it.

I recorded myself playing a cover version of the song "Ten Years Gone" a while back, and although I love that song, it is not easy to play at all. I'll have to look for it and share it here. So glad to have another Zep fanatic in the house! My favorite bands of all time are Rush, LED Zeppelin, and The Who. They are my main influences on guitar.

Jack White is creative to the point where he uses strange methods to acquire certain sounds much like Jimmy Page does, but I don't understand why the edge was involved in this documentary. I'm not a big U2 fan at all, and a lot of his guitar playing is just basically using a delay pedal for effect. I can play a lot of his songs with ease, whereas my Led Zeppelin guitar covers are all very complex and difficult to play.

I've been saying the same things for years about John Paul Jones. I cannot for the life of me understand why he never comes up in conversations about the band. His mandolin work alone is beyond incredible, let alone his amazing bass lines. Did you ever see that documentary with Jack White, Jimmy page, and the Edge from U2? It was a pretty interesting watch, but I still don't think Jack White or the edge are even close to the level of Jimmy Page.
