I like to cook crock pot stew soups, and also do stuff on
a foreman grill. Healthier than a cup of oil in a skillet no
offence 2 you if you do that. I am a diabetic. I have to
watch and walk on egg shells around my issues with health.
Take lots of expensive vitamins. Something my bro won't do.
I ask him nicely but he is Mr. Know/everything LOL! Worked for the
FBI and was in the Airforce. Gov/Mentality I guess??? LOL

I retired from looking over 20 years ago LOL.
