I forget who it was ~~~ possibly, a coach or my Dad ~~~ but the words resonate. It might have even been myself encapsulating something I watched or bore witness to. But the words are telling. RELAX, the quiet voice said ... and it continued. How long are you really going to have to deal with these people or the situations they create? One pauses for a second and realizes what that question means. And then one knows the answer to that question and similar ones ... JUST LET IT GO, TAKE A BREATH, AND EXHALE.
By the way, it's 23° here, at the mo ~~~ OUCH! Winter can't be too far behind ... AND THEN THE CHRISTMAS MUSIC STARTS ... WTF? HA!
Vortex might be right ~~~ about all that $$$ being sent to and fro ... eventually, it gets washed and lines someone's pocket. Too bad they can't give some of these kids that fight their wars abroad some of this money. Speaking of C-H-R-I-S-T-M-A-S >>>>> that being said, my friend ~~~ ENJOY yourself a magnificent Monday. :)

I'm so into violent sex, which stems from when I was a child when my father did unspeakable acts.
My mother watched, she even helped me to relax, so I began to enjoy it.
I told my 1 and only friend and she told the police, I was put into foster care for the next 10 years. which was a nightmare
